Public Sewer Presentation and Q&A
Please find below the presentation along with questions submitted prior to the meeting. Of importance to note on the individual association cost slides is the inclusion of an annual and bi-annual cost estimate if we were to receive Federal Grant money. Since word from Senator Blumenthal’s office that our application was not accepted literally came 3 days before our scheduled presentation, the decision was made to keep these numbers in our slides. As mentioned during the presentation we will not stop trying to get federal grants. The Federal Grant amount used in our presentation was $11.2 million. If we can secure federal grants totaling approximately $10-$12 million, annual payments can decrease by as much as $1000 based on current calculations.

MBA Open House Policy
The following policy was established in 2012. It is being re-stated due to the number of houses currently for sale in the Association. It only applies between the time period beginning with the Memorial Day weekend through to the end of the Labor Day weekend. Open houses outside of that time period will be allowed as needed or requested.
