MBA Charter
Note – On November 18, 2017, by a unanimous vote of the members present and as allowed in our Charter (Section 2 ) approved that that property known as Long Island Ave (the beach) be added to the municipal territory of the Association to include the expanse of the territory to include its beach up to the mean high tide water line of Long Island Sound.
MBA By-Laws
At the annual member meeting held June 9, 2018 the membership approved the new set of by-laws for the Association. Periodically the Board will update the Association ordinances which are now an attachment in the By-Laws for ease of access and eliminating another document.

MBA Ordinances
The Board, per our Charter and By-Laws, voted and passed a new set of ordinances on February 16, 2021. The new ordinances go into effect on July 1, 2021.
